A first!!

We have been approached by a retired couple currently living in Somerset who wish to re-locate to Tattenhall — we are already aware of the terrific village in which we live so why should this surprise us!

However, whilst we ordinarily do not post house purchases/sales online, we have made an exception here since the couple are looking for a 3-bedroomed house or bungalow within the village, which has a garage and garden.

The couple, of course, are consulting local agencies/Rightmove etc. but they have requested whether we might ask you whether you are considering moving and whether your property, therefore, might be available in the near future but which is not yet listed.

Please feel free to make contact with the couple if you are considering moving in the near future — email robert.willsmore@googlemail.com or Phone: 01761 221040
