Sunday 20th May -12.30 – 2pm "Foods with Character...Characters with Food" – Harthill Cookery School
In 2011 Brian Mellor opened the doors to Harthill Cookery School which was later to be awarded Britain's best small cookery school. Well known for his support of local producers he is inviting us to the school to meet the artisans of the Sandstone Ridge, hear their stories and of course taste their food. Working with Brian in the atmospheric school hall the producers will share their passion for their produce and the region. Tickets: £25 to include the talk, tastings and lunch.
