Get your bins out! Normal waste and recycling collection is in effect, which means the end of overflowing bins is in sight for those with a normal Monday collection!

Remember:

  • Metallic wrapping paper is NOT recyclable.
  • Christmas lights, batteries and small household appliances ARE recyclable in your GREEN box.
  • Christmas cards ARE recyclable in your GREEN box.
  • Glass bottles ARE recyclable in your GREEN box.
  • Foil and foil trays ARE recyclable in your GREY box.

    Garden waste collection (including Christmas trees which fit in your garden waste bin) will resume 16 January 2017.
