Remembrance Sunday – Services in Tattenhall & Burwardsley on Sunday 12 November

We print below the details of Remembrance Services in Tattenhall and its immediate district.

Remembrance Services take place TODAY Sunday 12 November (i.e. the nearest Sunday to the 11 November).

• St Alban's Church, Tattenhall The service will start at 10.00am. This will be followed by the laying of the wreaths and two minutes of silence at 11.00am at our village War Memorial. Refreshments will be served in the Barbour Institute after the service, courtesy of Tattenhall and District Parish Council.
• St John the Divine, Burwardsley The service will start at 4.30pm. Light refreshments will be served after the service. (for information, all protocols/searches have now been completed and the new 'Burwardsley Roll of Honour' will be installed to mark the centenary anniversary of the Armistice next November).
