Diwali festival of light. Indian Cuisine. Dine 'n' Demonstration.3 course meal plus pani puri and a glass of prosecco on arrival. Thursday 31st October 7pm – 9pm.

Our Dine 'n' Dems are a different way to enjoy dinner, spending time with friends in our beautifully restored Victorian school hall. Don't just eat dinner – be part of it as we take you through the dishes, their flavours and history.

It's not so much private dining (though numbers are limited) as a communal, collaborative and relaxed affair. It will be a memorable evening for yourselves or a lovely memory making gift for friends.

We'll welcome you with a drink and some nibbles before seating you around our demonstration area complete with camera so you won't miss a thing. Our tutors will talk you through the dishes whilst we assemble them in front of you for you to enjoy over the next few hours. During this time there's plenty of opportunity to ask questions, chat with our tutors & fellow guests.

You may well come as guests but will leave as friends.

Founder of our own local business Rose Petals and Rice will be joining Brian as they walk you through a whole spectrum of Indian flavours. Lift the lid off Zalena's amazing box of spices and masalas to conjure up a delicious feast.Together they will talk you through the intricacy's of the spice blends and show you how to put the dishes together before you sit and eat your way through each course.
