Practice Nurse Vacancy – Closing Date 7 December

Our Village Surgeries Group is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with expertise in the management and care of Chronic Diseases to work as part of our friendly team. Accredited training is desirable for Diabetes and COPD.

The successful applicant will also need experience in all aspects of practice nursing.

We are looking to recruit a part time Practice Nurse to cover two days/16 hours.

Hours and days would be by mutual agreement.

The Village Surgeries Group is a Rural Practice with approximately 8,100 patients, operating two surgeries in both Tattenhall and Farndon.

We will provide continuing support and training to maintain and enhance your competencies and skills.
