Planning Inquiry Update

The Inquiry has now closed after 5 days of hearing evidence. The last three days of the inquiry proceedings can be viewed on the CWaC website CLICK HERE.

The inquiry will continue on Tuesday 10th November at 09:30 in order to complete the evidence and present concluding statements. The order will be: Cheshire West & Chester Council, Mike Jones (Ward Councillor), Barratt Homes, Ashley Wall, Taylor Wimpey.
