Planning Application – Gifford Lea Retirement Village

The Parish Council has been notified of planning application 22/00194/FUL, a full planning application for 27 Extra Care Units (Use Class C2), with associated access, parking, landscaping, ecological enhancements and other works at Gifford Lea Retirement Village, Frog Lane, Tattenhall.

The Parish Council will consider this application at a meeting which will be open to the public, the details of which will be publicised once agreed.
