Planning Application – 30 Houses – Comment Deadline Update

Following this week's Parish Council Planning Meeting, we have been advised of the following in relation to this application.

• The deadline posted on the CWaC Website is an error which apparently cannot be altered.

• The planners are awaiting a range of updated documents and once received there will be the usual 21 day consultation period.

• The PC resolved to wait until formal notification before considering comment.

To remind everyone ....

The latest application relates to the proposed Ashley Wall/Wain Homes development on Tattenhall Road.

This application was submitted in 2013 and then resubmitted as an alternative application (30 houses) and was held in abeyance pending the outcome of the inquiry.

CWaC has been instructed to re-start an assessment of this application – the reference is 13/01329/OUT.

At present the deadline for comments on the CWaC Website is 19th July.

As stated above, this is an error and cannot be altered.
