Peak Cluster Pipeline Proposal

The Peak Cluster project is a proposal for a pipeline to capture carbon dioxide (CO2) generated in the production of cement and concrete in the Peak District and convey it to the Wirral for treatment.

The document has only just been received, and the consultation period has almost expired; however, as the proposed pipeline route runs just south of Chester, it seems to be a topic that might be of general interest to people in this area.
