Patient Participation Survey is 'LIVE' – Almost 400 Surveys Completed So far ...

The Patient Participation Survey is now 'live' and is available online by CLICKING HERE.

• We have 8000 patients living in approx 3750 shared households across the Practice.
• Our Practice is already ranked as 'GOOD' and we are keen to move to 'OUTSTANDING'.
• The first major task of your PPG is encouraging everyone to get involved in the Patient Participation Survey so that we have a terrific sample of responses to analyse.
• It is your valuable feedback which will allows us to identify where local services might be improved
• The information that you submit, will give a fuller understanding of individual experiences and preferences when using our village surgeries.
• The Patient Participation Survey will be available online but paper copies will also be available in a number of local outlets, namely the Surgery itself, the Post Office and the Chemist.
• The Survey completion date is 14 April.
