- Your PPG is encouraging everyone to get involved in the Patient Participation Survey so that we have a terrific sample of responses to analyse.
- It is your valuable feedback which will allow us to identify where local services might be improved.
- The information that you submit, will give a fuller understanding of individual experiences and preferences when using our village surgeries.
- The Patient Participation Survey is available online but paper copies are available in a number of local outlets, namely the Surgery itself, the Post Office and the Chemist.
- Please be assured that anonymity is protected in all cases.
