New Hatha Yoga Classes

I am delighted to announce a new set of Hatha Yoga Classes which are available at the Tattenhall Clinic for Health and Wellbeing.

The classes will take place as follows:

Tuesday – 6.30-7.30pm

Wednesday – 9.15-10.15am; 6.30-7.30pm; 7.45-8.45pm

Friday – 11.30-12.30pm – a gentle class, ideal for those with limited mobility
