New Gym Equipment at Sport Tattenhall

As part of its commitment to maintaining high quality fitness and sport facilities Sport Tattenhall has up graded much of its gym equipment.
Ensuring that our selection of cardiovascular and resistance machines are as multifunctional as possible has enabled us to provide a gym environment which allows gym users of all kinds to be able to exercise at the highest level in terms of exercise selection and functionality.

With the advice and guidance of Dave Knott, the resident Personal Trainer, the club has invested in two new cross trainers, two fitness bikes and a seated leg press machine.
The leg press machine has been selected to provide greater comfort and a reduced risk of lower back pain whilst the cross trainers now feature height selection which enables them to be also used as a stepper.

Sport Tattenhall continues to play a major role in the fitness, health and wellbeing of village inhabitants. The gym in particular provides a bright, non threatening facility in which we see all types of gym users and also sportsmen and women of the highest calibre undergoing their strength and conditioning programs many training under the guidance of Dave Knott of Deva Fitness.
