The concert on Sunday October 13th at 6.30pm in St. Alban's Parish Church is the first concert of the TMS Season 2024/2025 which is a celebration of their staging events in Tattenhall for the last 20 years. Laura Jellicoe, our own Chair of the Society and celebrated flautist with all the major orchestras, will be performing and brings Laurie Ashworth, soprano and John Gough, pianist to Tattenhall.
Their programme will include
Thomas Arne-- "Under the Greenwood Tree",
Saint-Saens-- "Une flute invisible",
Monckton-- "Pipes of Pan" and Wolfgang
Amadeus Mozart-- "Exultate Jubilate" and a selection from the shows--Sondheim/Rogers plus many more. This is just to give a flavour of this lovely concert and if you've not been to one before then do come along and enjoy the evening.
Admission is only £13 and under 18 years are free.
