Malaysian Supper Evening – Friday 9 March – Only 3 Spaces Left!

Malaysian Chef 'Norman Musa' is returning to Harthill Cookery School next weekend which provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy a thoroughly enjoyable evening right here on your doorstep.

Brian Mellor, owner of the School, has known Norman for over 10 years and was instrumental in developing Norman's demonstration skills. Norman says of Brian '... he was both my mentor and the individual who encouraged me to promote the delights of Malaysian cuisine and culture...'.

Norman has two restaurants in Malaysia and only last year brought a Malaysian film crew to Harthill to film part of his second TV series.

The Malays loved both the school and the countryside and they (and we) are so looking forward to this event.

It was at the film shoot that the idea of Normans Supper Club 'stopping off' at Harthill was raised.

Norman runs various 'pop-ups' at venues throughout the UK and Europe. Only this week he is in Rotterdam.

So, come and join us at Norman's supper club which is to be held on Friday 9 March as part of Harthill's 'Dine 'n' Dem' evenings where we cook, assemble and explain the dishes in front of you in our lovely school hall.
