The beautiful village of Tattenhall in Cheshire
Webteam: November 2015
The Cheshire West and Chester Council Public Rights of Way (PROW) Team are looking to set up a network of local volunteer wardens, the aim of which would be for the individual(s) routinely to inspect their local PROW network and report back any issues to the Council that they may encounter, carry out minor maintenance tasks such as keeping stiles and gates clear of vegetation and potentially applying for funding for local PROW improvements. The purpose of these Wardens is to help maintain the free resource that PROW provide as well as the associated health benefits for those wanting to get out and about.
