Candle Factory Fun at Burwardsley

Home » News » Candle Factory Fun

The Candle Factory is located in Higher Burwardsley and for many years has been a much-loved and established tourist attraction of this Sandstone Ridge village. It has provided local work and has been a hub for student employment during the summer season. Youngsters from far and wide have very positive memories of making and decorating their candles up at The Cheshire Workshops!

However, this small family run business (like many of us) has been absolutely staggered at the overwhelming popularity of The Ice Cream Farm following its most recent major investment and restructuring.

So, with summer holidays in full swing and with the Bank Holiday weekend just a couple of weeks away, we urge you to pop up to the Candle Factory too. There is lots on offer with opportunities to make your own candles, participate in craft workshops, enjoy the outdoor playground area, browse through the extensive items available in the gift shop or enjoy something to eat whilst soaking up quite the most wonderful views of Cheshire!

We look forward to seeing you
