The Listening & Loss Cafe, St Alban's Church.

Last Friday of the month 11:30-12:30pm.

Are you struggling with grief caused by the loss of a loved one or pet, either through bereavement or divorce? Have you found lockdown difficult and felt lonely?

Don't be Alone!

Come along to the loss cafe, where you can get a cup of tea and cake in a friendly environment while, talking, listening or sharing your journey with like minded people. There is no religious content and all are welcome.
