Those of you lucky enough to hear Father Lameck's first sermon of the year last Sunday on the subject of the Magi's gifts to the infant Jesus, may have wondered how this contributed to Manchester United's 2-1 victory over Swansea at Old Trafford on the previous day.
It was Lameck's first ever visit to Old Trafford and he offered up a prayer that his generous host, who had provided the gift of tickets, would be very happy when they all returned to Tattenhall. And so he was, maybe proving that one good turn deserves another.
