Gong Bath Sound Relaxation
Session run by Jane Blackburn.
12.30-1.30pm.
Cost: £10.
Please bring a blanket and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Heartstart
Session run by Tattenhall First Responders.
2-5pm.
Cost: Free but donations gratefully received.
A course in basic emergency aid covering: response to a collapsed patient, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), choking and control of bleeding.

Defibrillator Training
Session run by Tattenhall First Responders.
2.00-4.30pm.
Cost: Free but donations gratefully received.
A course in how to use a defibrillator and a review of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Tattenhall Community First Responders have funded wholly, or in part, the provision of a number of
defibrillators in the locality, and everyone should really know how to use them.

Body Focus Workshops
A workshop designed to correct your body imbalances and to improve your movement, co-ordination and technique thereby preventing long term injury. Using principles from the Alexander Technique, Pilates and Core Stability.
2-5pm.

Alexander Technique Workshops
Sessions run by Jill Raine MSTAT.
2-4pm.
Cost: £25 or £120 for all 6 sessions.
Each week we will look at a different part of the body, find out how it is designed to work and then we experiment with how it works in us.
Using the principles of the Alexander Technique, we learn how we can change the way we use our body helping to alleviate aches and pains caused by postural misuse.
4 March- Introduction
11 March- Head and neck
18 March- Pelvis
25 March -Spine
1 April- Arms and hands
8 April — Legs
