JOB VACANCY – RECEPTIONIST
Bolesworth Estate is seeking a full time receptionist to work in the Estate Office at Bolesworth Castle.
Duties will include:
*Answering the telephone plus greeting visitors
*Dealing with enquiries including logging property maintenance requests
*Administration support including filing, scanning and photocopying
*Maintaining office supplies and ordering as required
*Ad hoc duties
Essential skills:
*Polite and confident telephone manner
*Computer skills including Microsoft Office
*Ability to organise
The post is a full time position and the successful applicant will be asked to work 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Salary available on request.
