The beautiful village of Tattenhall in Cheshire
Tattenhall Gardening Society: June 2016
Tattenhall Gardening Society invite you and your friends to join them for a day out on Thursday 23rd June, after you have cast your referendum vote. The current plan is to meet on the High Street at 9am, board a coach (with space for your purchases) and to head up the Wirral for three special visits, returning by about 6 pm.
Two private gardens, Briarfield and Fieldcrest, feature on the National Garden Scheme (Yellow Book) but we'll be getting in to see them as private parties, without the hordes or too many youngsters racing around. Our third location is Ness Gardens, where we shall have a guided tour of some of the prize exhibits.
The cost, inclusive of the coach, entrance fees and tea/coffee options is £28. Tickets are available from Nettle (near the Barbour Institute) and also from committee members Jen (01829-770692) and Ann (01829-770301).
Non-members are welcome — the more the merrier — and you just need like to enjoy a day in the pink and yellow and orange and red and blue and green and purple.
Power to the flowers!
