Many of you know the therapeutic and relaxation properties of the sounds & vibrations from my wonderful collection of gongs. I am now working alongside Fiona, a Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and together we are providing Hypno-Sound
While the soothing sounds of the gongs take you into a deep state of relaxation, Fiona will use hypnotic suggestions to boost your confidence and help you feel empowered to stick to your New Year resolutions such as weight loss, getting fit and changing habits
