"The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.

The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow."

St Alban's is responding to the death of The Head of The Church of England. The bell will toll for an hour. The flag has been lowered. A book of condolences will open from 10am tomorrow morning. The church will be open for prayer and reflection. Details of services will be announced in time.
