Historic Church Tower's New Lease of Life! St Alban's Fete.

You might be mistaken for thinking that there was a conspiracy afoot last Saturday and that a combination of events might have resulted in a less than spectacular Summer Fete, held at The Rectory, St Alban's.

• the remarkable heat
• the World Cup Football match featuring England v Sweden no less
• the 150th Anniversary of the Wimbledon Championships
• the endless summer BBQ's

That said, it was another resounding success!

In excess of £1600 was raised and we thank you all for your spectacular support.

Our historic Church Tower took on a new lease of life and we couldn't resist sharing this image with you this morning.
