Highways Statement Tattenhall Road

We publish below some up-to-date information regarding proposed roadworks on Tattenhall Road which we have been sent by the Parish Council.

As soon as the Parish Council receive anything further from Mr Orme (CWaC Highways Department) then, of course, we will publish it.

James Orme recently spoke to members of the Parish Council about the proposed works on Tattenhall Road and Park Avenue to alleviate the flooding which takes place at the junction.

Various stretches of pipework will need to be replaced due to root ingress and a manhole also needs to be replaced.

At certain times during the works, Tattenhall Road and Park Avenue will have to be closed and diversions put in place.

Currently, surveying work is being carried out and, once completed, a programme of works will be put together and it is envisaged that these will take place during school holidays.

Mr Orme will liaise with the Parish Council to minimise disruption to residents.
