Our IT Manager at the Village Surgeries Group, Nikki, is completing her MSc in Digital & Technology Solutions, with a specialism in IT Project Management.

She is in her final few months and is currently writing up her dissertation on 'Improving Service Quality provided to Patients of The Village Surgeries Group'.

Part of her dissertation involves sending a survey to our patients.

Nikki's expertise has proved invaluable to the work of the Patient Participation Group and we wish her every success. On her behalf, therefore, we attach the link to the survey, CLICK HERE, and would ask you to please complete it — it takes just 5 minutes. The deadline is 10 August.

If anyone requires further information regarding this survey, then please do not hesitate in contacting Esther Sadler-Williams, Chair of the PPG — contact details: or 07908 843073.

Many thanks in advance for your co-operation.
