Our IT Manager at the Village Surgeries Group, Nikki, is completing her MSc in Digital & Technology Solutions, with a specialism in IT Project Management.

She is in her final few months and is currently writing up her dissertation on 'Improving Service Quality provided to Patients of The Village Surgeries Group'.

Part of her dissertation involves sending a survey to our patients.
