Hectic but Brilliant! The Success that is 'Allium'

Well, if Facebook and Twitter are anything to go by, then Allium is truly a sensational hit within the village of Tattenhall.

I popped down to see Mark Ellis, the owner, now that the launch is over and in his words

'... it has been truly hectic but absolutely brilliant ... we are loving every single minute ...'.

Quite simply, Mark was glowing with pride at the success of his new restaurant in Lynedale House on the High Street in Tattenhall.

For information, the opening hours are slightly different this week for obvious reasons – it is Valentine's Day (like any of you would forget).
