Heart Start Training Course – Saturday 19 November

Tattenhall Community First Responders are holding their final Heart Start training session of 2016 at The Studio, Worley Court, Bolesworth Road, Tattenhall on [Saturday 19 November 2016, starting at 2pm.

At the course you will learn how to:

• deal with an unconscious person
• recognise a heart attack and a cardiac arrest
• perform cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
• deal with choking
• respond to serious bleeding.

The course is aimed at people who have no previous first aid training, but it is also a useful re-fresher session for those who have been before.

The training is provided free, but we are happy to receive donations towards our running costs.
