Home » News » Heart Start Training

Can you spare two and a half hours to save a life?

Tattenhall Community First Responders are holding their final Heart Start training session of 2016 at The Studio, Worley Court, Bolesworth Road, Tattenhall on Saturday 19 November 2016, starting at 2pm.

At the course you will learn how to:

  • deal with an unconscious person
  • recognise a heart attack and a cardiac arrest
  • perform cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • deal with choking
  • respond to serious bleeding.

The course is aimed at people who have no previous first aid training, but it is also a useful re-fresher session for those who have been before.

The training is provided free, but we are happy to receive donations towards our running costs.

To book a place please phone Jill Raine on 01829 771895 or Rob Selby on 01829 770586.
