This 2 hour PLAY SHOP focuses on using voice and sound to enhance positivity:

• learn how chanting and mantras are used for meditation and connecting with oneness
• sing, in harmony, popular mantras made famous by Deva Premal, and others
• practise fun circle-songs creating harmony and energy
• learn how to create your own personal mantra
• understand sacred sounds and solfeggio frequencies that stimulate different parts of the brain
• learn how singing can build quick energy when working with the law of attraction

This PLAY SHOP comes with a FREE online resource that is downloadable, to continue practising what is learnt for participants that come along.
