The beautiful village of Tattenhall in Cheshire

For the last couple of days one of our TWiG Committee has been watching a male Hawfinch scramble around the garden hedgerow.
The Hawfinch is the UK's largest finch and has a massive, powerful bill, so there is absolutely no doubt and the sighting has also been substantiated by another TWiG member.
