It's nearly Harvest time again!

Then we rejoice that 'all is safely gathered in'. It is a glorious time to give thanks and praise.

At St Albans it is also one of the major fund raising weekends so there is a variety of ways for everyone to join in!

THE CHURCH WILL BE OPEN TO VIEW FLOWERS AND HARVEST DISPLAYS

  • Friday 30th September: 10 am – 4 pm
  • Saturday 1st October: 10 am – 4 pm
  • Sunday 2nd October: 2 pm – 4 pm

Tea/coffee and a decent slice of cake!

SATURDAY 1ST OCTOBER -Rector's Supper and Auction

At Gifford Lea from 6 pm
Black Tie dress code
£50 per ticket

8.00 am Holy Communion

10.30 am Harvest Festival Service with songs of praise
(Sunday school facility no communion)

12 noon – 2.00 pm.Ploughman's Lunch
In The Community Room
£5 per ticket; £1.00 for dessert

DONATIONS:
Non perishable goods can be left at church. St Alban's works closely with the Trussel Trust to ensure appropriate distribution of food.
