Gardening for the Future

The next Garden Society Talk is on 12 November 7.30 pm in the Barbour Institute. Please note the slightly earlier start time – this is to accommodate our famously brief AGM before the speaker.

The AGM will be followed by Jack Willgoss from Wildegoose Nursery and his topic will be 'Gardening for the Future – a look at how we as gardeners need to adapt to face a changing climate'.

Jack & Laura started the nursery about 20 years ago as specialist growers of hardy violas, but their interests have since expanded into many other hardy perennials and ornamental grasses. They've won medals at both Malvern and Chelsea RHS shows and their nursery is in the Shropshire Hills, so stand by for some delightful photos!
