Forthcoming Litter Picking Events in Support of 'Clean for the Queen'

TWiG have now added their names to the list, together with the WI (and the Burwardsley Road resident), in doing their bit for the 'Clean for the Queen' national initiative.

If any of you are 'getting together' in your local 'hotspot' then let us know and we will post the details for you.

Timings that we know of:

WI — Tomorrow Friday 4 March at 10.00am.
* Everyone to meet outside Alpha House/The Rectory.
* Litter picking will take place between Alpha House and the Surgery on Chester Road (including the path down to The Spinney).

TWiG — Saturday 5 March at 10.00am.
* Everyone to meet behind the Flacca at the interpretation panel in Jubilee Wood.
* Litter picking will take place in Jubilee Wood.

Remember to bring bin bags/gloves/high visibility jackets/wellingtons and litter pickers if you have them.
