Calling all parents and guardians.
If you have a child born between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2019, then they are eligible for a free nasal spray Flu Vaccine.
A clinic is to be held at the Tattenhall Surgery on Monday 8 November between 2.20-4.50pm.
The children's flu vaccine is offered as a yearly nasal spray to young children to help protect them against flu.
Please ring the Surgery on 01829 771588 to arrange a convenient appointment.
