Energy Centre at Frog Lane Retirement Complex
Planning application 16/00897/FUL
Following the recent significant increase in height of these Frog Lane buildings, this is yet another example of late changes to a previously agreed Full Application.
This large Energy Unit has the potential for creating disturbance from both noise and fumes as well as the visual impact. Again it is surprising that the construction of this unit is well advanced prior to planning permission being granted.
CLICK HERE to download a sample letter (MS Word format) from Ian and Lisa White in Gorsefield — we think this is a matter of general concern. If you agree and wish to object to this multi-boiler building, please write to the case officer, Liz Snead. This exemplar letter may be used.
