Following the recent significant increase in height of these Frog Lane buildings, this is yet another example of late changes to a previously agreed Full Application.

This large Energy Unit has the potential for creating disturbance from both noise and fumes as well as the visual impact. Again it is surprising that the construction of this unit is well advanced prior to planning permission being granted.
