It is lovely to see the Elf Hunters around the village, only last week this Editor spotted a car with part of the registration ELF, ...I kid you not, I did a double take!
Don't forget to look in the nooks and crannies, not all elves have been registered in the guide.
Please note the Elf Trail Guide has been published on the Parish Council's website – (CLICK HERE). You can still join in the fun, see details below.
We've heard a rumour ....a quiet whisper that naughty elves will be visiting Tattenhall. They'll be climbing street lights .... causing all kinds of mischief and if you're quiet and very good you might be able to see them up to their tricks!
The Elves are already getting over excited about the Elf Trail the Parish Council is running from the 1st December until the 2nd January.
We are looking for families, groups and businesses to create and display the cheeky elves outside or in their windows for people to walk round and enjoy through the festive period. As many elves as possible are required along the High Street and around the village.
.
They will be included in a guide which can be picked up from various locations in the village or accessed online.
There is no charge to get involved you just need to create an Elf -- this can be similar to a scarecrow or a cut out picture or painting and can be displayed indoors or outside where ever it can be easily spotted by passers-by.
People also need to complete the Registration form and return it to me at this email address tattenhallpc@outlook.com asap to be included in the list of Elf locations on our website and Facebook pages.
For more information or to return your completed Elf Registration Form Please contact the Clerk to the Parish Council:
