One of the many 'out-of-the-ordinary' businesses to be found operating from converted Bolesworth Estate buildings on the edge of the village is Mirus Journeys, a specialist travel business run by Gara Gharaghozlou and William Norris at Worley Court on the Bolesworth Road.

Gara, who had worked for many years in banking in the City of London, had been inspired as a child by watching wildlife television programmes; from this grew an ambition to run a safari camp.

Eventually he could put it off no longer and he qualified as a safari guide leading trips in Botswana from 2000. In 2006 he set up his own business moving it into Tattenhall High Street in 2011 and to Worley Court in 2013.

Mirus Journeys is now a specialist luxury travel company with a commitment to producing exactly the right journey for each person. Gara and William have themselves visited nearly all the places to which their clients travel and have an enviable level of client loyalty with many of their clients travelling with them year after year.
