Help in Dealing with Loss

It is always a difficult time when losing a loved one, or a loved pet.
But there is a community that gets together to share in the journey and support one another.

Visit the Loss Cafe at St Alban's Church Community Room – 10:00 am on Friday 26th April 2024. (And any last Friday of the month).

Refreshments, sharing together and encouragement.

Open to all who have experienced a loss, and who wish to meet with others going through the same experience.
