CW&C – Household Waste Recycling Centres

The Cheshire West & Chester Recycling Awareness Officer has advised that the Council recycling centres are dealing with long queues. Sites close promptly at 4pm, and you will not gain entry after 4pm, regardless of the size of the queue : you may be turned away before 4pm to allow those on the sites to dispose of their waste safely and correctly.

Kerbside garden waste collections have resumed, so please only visit the sites if your journey is essential.

Household Waste Recycling Centre opening times :

Ellesmere Port, Winsford and Chester primary sites are open seven days a week 8am – 4pm

The Tattenhall recycling centre is open as follows :
Sunday : 8am-4pm
Monday : 8am-4pm
Tuesday : Closed
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 8am-4pm
Friday: Closed
Saturday: 8am-4pm
