Community Orchard planting date

THE PCC have now have a date for the Orchard Planting on the land off Gorsefield – Thursday 24th February.
The planting will take place from 10.30 until 2.30 with a break at 12.30 until 1.00pm.

Please note you do not have to attend the full day but can drop in when you have free time!

They are looking for volunteers to plant the 44 trees that are being provided. Volunteers are requested to bring their own tools if possible although we will have access to spare ones.
They are also planning to have hot drinks and refreshments for volunteers during the day.It would be helpful if you would confirm if you are planning to attend, although this is not essential, so they have an idea how many volunteers they will have.
