Cheshire Community Action is proud to announce that once again they have a part-time Community Agent working in the south Chester area.

Carol Weaver, Community Agent Co-ordinator (West), will be available to support those members of our community who through age or vulnerability might have difficulty in accessing necessary services. The focus of this work will relate particularly to those individuals that require help in accessing services due to physical, social and digital isolation.

Our Community Agent will help:

  • Provide face to face information and support
  • Place individuals in direct contact with appropriate agencies
  • Support principally older people but also anyone who may benefit
  • Individuals to make informed choices

Full details of this work are on our website; just CLICK HERE to visit the site.

Over the coming months, we will be running several 'Lunch and Learn' events aimed at providing information sessions for those that attend. For more information please contact Carol: phone: 07825 291958 email: carol.weaver@cheshireaction.org.uk
