This is a new routine created by Jill to the CD 'Impresssions of the West Lake' by Kitaro.
The focus of the routine is on the five sensations in Nia — flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability and the intent is for you to connect to the Spirit within as you repeat the simple katas
