Mini Mosh in aid of The Hospice of the Good Shepherd
1 – 15 October including two Nia classes on Saturday 8 October 2pm and 4pm – £10 each or £15 for both including coffee and cake at half time

Gong Bath / Sound Relaxation with Jane Blackburn
15 October 12.30 – 1.30pm and 1.45 – 2.45pm – £10

Nia Classes Starting in August
Spirit of the West Lake
Fridays at 6pm
This is a new routine created by Jill to the CD 'Impresssions of the West Lake' by Kitaro.
The focus of the routine is on the five sensations in Nia – flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability and the intent is for you to connect to the Spirit within as you repeat the simple katas
