Come along to The Loss Cafe.

The next meeting is Friday 29 March 10am until 11.30am where the speaker will be Patricia Mackrell.

Formerly from the Granada Television Network Programme 'This Morning ', Patricia is an Art of Life Coach who teaches Tai Chi and Nia at The Studio Tattenhall.

She promotes well-being through holistic therapies.

We are a free community group where you can have a cuppa and a cake with like-minded people.
