Collect Your Free Kits – Operation SHIELD

There will be another distribution of the Police Operation SHIELD Property Marking Kits on Wednesday 4 July, between 5-8pm, outside the Barbour Institute, Tattenhall.

This is for those residents who live within the Tattenhall Ward area but who were unable to attend/or missed the last distribution of the FREE kits.

This kit is provided through Tattenhall and District Parish Council.

Potential thieves in the area will be warned that all valuable items have been security marked and uniquely assigned to you and to your household.

Should your marked valued item be stolen and recovered by the Police, therefore, it is UV recognisable and thanks to its unique identity, linked only to your address. Hopefully, therefore, your property can be returned to you.
