Church Fete UPDATE – Scarecrows & Teddy Parachutes – Saturday, 7 July

Are you all ready for the Church Fete to be held at St Alban's on 7 July (fingers crossed that this sensational weather continues and that the 2018 Fete is the best yet)!

Not only are children (or adults) being encouraged to create:

• A 'HERO/SUPERHERO SCARECROW'

BUT St Alban's is also introducing:

• A 'TEDDY PARACHUTE DROP' from the Church Tower; a new feature for the 2018 Fete. The idea is that children attach a home-made parachute to a teddy bear (or some other soft toy) and, at the allotted time, whichever teddy or soft toy floats most slowly to the ground (from the top of the Church Tower) will be the winner!
