Charity Dance Event at The Studio – 8 October.

No experience is necessary – just wear loose, comfortable clothing and come prepared to kick off your shoes and dance in bare feet. You follow the teacher and dance your body's way – you can make it as cardio vascular as you like. The key is in finding pleasure in your movement.

We will have coffee and cake in between the classes and there is an opportunity to get some retail therapy in as well at the jumble sale we have upstairs.
