Cat injured by Air Rifle.

On the evening of Monday 10/7/17, before 9pm in the area of Worley Court, Bolesworth Road, Tattenhall a cat, Mali, was shot with an air rifle.

She is extremely lucky to be alive. She was shot in the chest, the bullet missed her vital organs and lodged in her back. Mali has undergone surgery and has been returned to her owners. She is a gentle and loving cat and her owners are anxious to find the person responsible for this cruel and unnecessary act.

The police and RSPCA have been informed and are making enquiries.
