CarFest North Update

In the mere blinking of an eye and CarFest North is set to return to Bolesworth Castle in less than three weeks – 28-30 July 2017.

Without sounding too blasé, we are getting used to Bolesworth hosting such quality events in our own backyard!

So successful was last year's event and the transformation of this beautiful part of rural Cheshire into a showcase charity fundraising arena for 'BBC Children in Need', that you are doubtless ticking the days off the calendar as we write this!

Many of you will also recall how our local economy benefited last summer and that there was significant positive feedback from local businesses and from our Parish Council too, who agreed that the event had been of great benefit to the village.

You might also recall how the weather was truly wonderful.

Events such as these do not just happen, they are the result of the efforts of many.

We will of course give regular updates on access and traffic issues – keep logging on.

So, fingers crossed as we count down to this worthy fundraising weekend of events and, of course, wishing for spectacular weather into the bargain.
